Spring 2010 Refund Schedule

Reduction of Program Range

If you reduce your semester course enrollment to a lower assessment range (e.g., from Range I to Range II), you receive a refund of the full difference between the two ranges, provided the change is made by 5:00 p.m., Monday, February 1, 2010. No refund is available thereafter. This is also the deadline to reduce program for College Illinois! credit.

In all cases, a student who is enrolled in only one course and who wishes to discontinue enrollment must withdraw from the University by completing the withdrawal process by the stated deadline.

You may be released from your obligation to pay all tuition and fees by canceling your registration by 5:00 p.m., Friday, January 15, 2010, the last business day before instruction begins for the term.

Flight Training Fee: If you withdraw from a flight-training or glider course you will receive a refund of the unused portion of the flight-training, glider, or aviation course fees, upon recommendation of the Institute of Aviation.
