Spring 2012 Refund Schedule

Reduction of Program Range

If you reduce your semester course enrollment to a lower assessment range (e.g., from Range I to Range II), you receive a refund of the full difference between the two ranges, provided the change is made by the refund deadline for the particular Part of Term (see table below). No refund is available thereafter. This is also the deadline to reduce program for College Illinois! credit.

In all cases, a student who is enrolled in only one course and who wishes to discontinue enrollment must withdraw from the University by completing the withdrawal process by the stated deadline.
